about me

For nearly two decades, I have built a career that ties together strategic communications, change management, learning & development, and language expertise. Through extensive corporate and consulting experience across numerous industries, I have learned one core truth: communicating effectively is not a luxury.
I have helped organizations communicate through transformation, strengthen leadership communication, equip frontline employees for success, and translate complex business and technical information into clear, engaging content. My work has included executive communications, mergers and acquisitions, organizational change, digital workplace strategy, sales enablement, communication research and measurement, and editorial and content development.
Beyond my client work, I am actively involved in the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), where I have served in leadership roles at the regional and international levels and contribute to advancing the communication profession through thought leadership.
I am a proud alumnus of Boston College and Georgetown University, hold the Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) certification, and am a Qualified Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (MITI). I also spent a year abroad as a U.S. Department of State Fulbright grant recipient and remain committed to the program through my work with the Fulbright Association, where I currently serve as President of the Chicago Chapter.
