I have supported communications through major mergers and acquisitions in both corporate and consulting environments. Most recently, I developed and executed communications plans supporting a major wireless industry acquisition, including sensitive workforce and compensation communications designed to help employees navigate significant organizational change.

In an earlier consulting engagement, I developed a comprehensive executive communications strategy for a newly formed global engineering organization following a major industrial merger. The work included leadership messaging, video communications, and a series of global town halls designed to help bring the new organization together.
